For an upcoming event, they needed multiple marketing materials designed quickly while maintaining brand consistency.

The Challenge

CCA needed a variety of marketing materials—including an HP ad, tabletop banners, and an updated sales sheet—designed and finalized within a single day to meet printing deadlines. However, there was uncertainty regarding final copy completion, which required flexibility in scope and planning. How I Solved the Problem

Through my VIP Day service, I provided a dedicated day of focused design work. Leading up to the session, we had a 60-minute strategy meeting to align on priorities and create contingency plans for any unfinished copy. On the day of, we maintained real-time communication via the client’s preferred messaging app, and I used Adobe’s Share for Review feature to allow for quick feedback and revisions. This streamlined process ensured that we maximized efficiency and completed the necessary deliverables on time.
